Travel to London

The most convenient way of travelling to London is by flight to Heathrow Airport (LHR). This airport is the largest and busiest international airport in London, with a vast number of international flights to and from destinations all over the world.

London is one of the most popular destinations for international flights, with numerous direct routes from various countries around the world, making it easily accessible from different locations.


Travel to London Film Museum

To reach the London Film Museum from Heathrow Airport (LHR), you have several convenient options:

  1. By Tube (London Underground):
    • Take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport towards Central London.
    • Change at Green Park to the Jubilee Line and travel towards Waterloo.
    • From Waterloo Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the London Film Museum. This journey takes approximately 50-60 minutes.
  2. By Train:
    • Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station (15 minutes).
    • From Paddington, take the Bakerloo Line (Underground) to Waterloo.
    • Walk to the London Film Museum from Waterloo Station. This option takes around 40-50 minutes.
  3. By Taxi:
    • Taxis are available from Heathrow. The journey to the London Film Museum takes around 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
  4. By Bus:
    • You can take the National Express or a local bus service from Heathrow to Central London, then use the Tube or a taxi to reach the museum.

Each of these options offers a convenient way to get from Heathrow Airport to the London Film Museum, with the Tube being the most cost-effective and the taxi being the most direct.
